Why does cashback exist?
Online shops pay partners a referral fee when they bring them customers. A cashback system passes part of that fee on to you. So you do not pay more in the shop than usual – you simply get part of it back.

What to watch out for
- Start from the portal: for your purchase to be tracked, open the shop via the cashback portal – not directly.
- "Confirmed" takes a little time: shops usually confirm a purchase only once it can no longer be returned. If you return the goods, the cashback for them lapses.
- Only buy what you need: cashback is a bonus, not a reason for impulse buys. You save most on things you would buy anyway.
Tip: plan larger purchases such as electronics, travel or furniture through the cashback portal – that is where the percentage makes the biggest difference.
